The key challenge was to develop a mobile application that allows field agents to accurately measure water usage, generate invoices on the spot, and provide printed copies to clients, all while ensuring ease of use and reliability.
Solution
To address the challenges, the solution involved:
• Integrating tools and features to enable field agents to accurately measure water usage during client visits.
• Developing an efficient system for generating invoices based on the measured data, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Incorporating mobile printing functionalities to allow agents to print invoices on-site, providing immediate documentation to clients.
• Ensuring the app is intuitive and easy to use, allowing agents to perform tasks quickly and efficiently.
